Standard delivery is $6.95 to the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union, $14.95 elsewhere, and free from $49. Each product page shows the delivery time for your country. You have 30 days from delivery to return a complete, unused kit.

Tracking
When the carrier provides tracking, your order page links to it. Different kits in one order may travel separately.
Import charges
Any import duties, clearance fees or taxes due on arrival are paid by the recipient.
Package not arrived?
First check the delivery address and any safe-place notice. If your order page links to tracking and nothing has moved for a week, send us your order reference through the contact form so we can investigate.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of a complete, unused kit. Keep the original packaging and all components together, and wait for return instructions before shipping anything.
Return shipping is yours unless the kit is faulty or incorrect. Opened or used materials may affect eligibility. Refunds go to your original payment method after we receive and check the return.
Damaged or incomplete
Keep the packaging and send us the order reference, the kit name and the missing or damaged component through the contact form. We help with replacement parts or the next step before asking you to send anything back.
