Terms
Terms
The practical details behind your order.
01Shopping with us
These terms describe shopping for adult craft kits with KnotBored. Product pages list the kit contents, finished size, options and skill level. Read them before choosing your project.
02Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars. Delivery is calculated separately at checkout unless the free-delivery threshold is met. Colors can vary between screens and material batches; small handmade variations are part of the result.
03Orders and payment
Review your bag, address and selected kit options before confirming your order.
04Delivery and customs
Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed arrival dates. Local customs, holidays and carrier delays may affect transit. The recipient is responsible for applicable import charges. See delivery and returns for delivery fees.
05Returns and faulty materials
Unused, complete kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Report faulty or incorrect goods so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
06Using the kits
Kits are for adults and can contain needles, small parts, sharp tools or paints. Follow the supplied instructions and keep materials out of reach of children and pets. Patterns and instructions are for personal use.
