What this diamond art kit is

This is a diamond painting kit for anyone who wants to try diamond art for the first time. The canvas comes printed with the design, and the pasting area is full, so the whole picture gets covered in drills. The drills are round and made of resin. The printed canvas holds the design and the guide symbols that tell you where each color goes.

Everything you need to start is in the box: the printed canvas, round drills, an applicator tool, a tray and wax. The kit is packed rolled up in a paper bag, so the canvas arrives flat and ready to work on.

At 12 x 16 in (30 x 40 cm), the finished canvas fits a standard frame and works well on a desk, a shelf or a wall. There is no frame in the box, so you can choose your own once the drills are set.

How to use the kit

Set the canvas on a flat surface. Pour a small amount of drills into the tray and give it a gentle shake so the round sides face up. Press the applicator tip into the wax, then touch it to a drill. Place the drill on the matching symbol on the canvas and press it down. Work in small sections, one color at a time, and refill the tray as you go.

When the canvas is full, press the surface gently with a flat hand or a soft cloth to seat the drills. If you want to frame the piece, choose a frame that fits 12 x 16 in (30 x 40 cm).

Care and storage

Keep the canvas rolled in the paper bag when you are not working on it. Store leftover drills in a small bag or box by color, so you can find them again if a drill comes loose. Keep the kit away from direct sun and damp surfaces. To clean a finished piece, dust it lightly with a dry, soft cloth. Do not soak the canvas in water.
